Aries Industries expands nationwide dealer network
Aries Industries announced it added two companies to its growing network of dealers. Williams Equipment, based in Henderson, Colorado, for over 40 years, will sell and service Aries pipeline video inspection products, such as the Mobile Pathfinder System, to customers in Colorado and New Mexico. Also joining the Aries family of dealers is Instrument Technology Corp., located in Sonoma County, California. ITC, in business for nearly 20 years, will provide Aries products and service to customers in Northern California and Nevada.


Fernco acquires Source One Environmental
Fernco has completed the acquisition of Source One Environmental, the original manufacturer of PipePatch. Source One Environmental will continue to deliver its service while educating customers through their training programs and customer service. “With the distribution and partnership support from Fernco, Source One Environmental will continue our commitment of supporting our contractor base and distribution market,” says Ron Smith, president of Source One Environmental.


Full In Partners makes growth investment in ServiceCore
ServiceCore announced that growth equity investor Full In Partners agreed to acquire a significant interest in the company to enable ServiceCore to continue its rapid growth and expansion. ServiceCore empowers more than 350 companies across the liquid waste industry to better manage their routing, scheduling, accounting and invoicing.


COXREELS announces new shipping program
Based on customer feedback, COXREELS announced it has launched a new shipping program called Coxreels Ship Ready. With more than 80 SKUs included, the program ships all confirmed orders the next business day after the order is placed, with a maximum of 10 per SKU per purchase order.


Allan J. Coleman opens new location in the Southwest
Allan J. Coleman opened a second location in Phoenix. The new location will provide for faster turnaround times in the service department in the Western region of the U.S. and minimize equipment downtime. Allan J. Coleman, founded in 1905, is headquartered in Chicago.
