Staying connected and informed is critical to maximizing productivity. That means it’s important to have reliable tools and insights at your fingertips. The VermeerOne mobile app is designed to do just that, enhancing your experience with Vermeer equipment and the dealer network, essentially putting equipment management in the palm of your hand.
Now available for download on iOS and Android devices, the app extends comprehensive equipment management to smartphones and tablets, allowing equipment owners to manage their machines from anywhere with access to operator manuals, warranty information, machine locations, performance metrics and direct connection to their Vermeer dealer.
“Since launching VermeerOne in early 2025, we’ve received tremendous feedback from equipment owners who appreciate having centralized access to their machine data and dealer support,” says Brianne Schulte, Vermeer vice president of strategy, risk, information technology and financial planning. “Equipment owners told us they want this information at their fingertips wherever they work.”
For machines equipped with telematics, users gain additional capabilities including operational status updates, fault code alerts and detailed analytics to optimize equipment utilization. These insights help owners make data-driven decisions to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
“The mobile application delivers by bringing VermeerOne capabilities to smartphones and tablets, providing the flexibility to monitor equipment from the job site, manage fleets on the road or check machine status during downtime,” Schulte says. “This means our customers can stay connected to what matters most, keeping their operations running smoothly and their equipment performing at its best.”
Connected machines on VermeerOne allow you to monitor equipment health, activity and location from anywhere. Users can analyze performance trends and historical data, including location history, geofencing, fuel usage and product line performance data. For nonconnected Vermeer machines, VermeerOne provides easy access to maintenance history, parts manuals, details of owned Vermeer machines and dealer contact information. Users can manage team access efficiently, including permissions and review planned and completed maintenance and services, including those part of the Vermeer Confidence Plus program, as well as purchase history and remaining resources.
Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, the app works seamlessly with existing accounts. Current users can sign in with their credentials to access information immediately. New users can create an account through the app or contact their dealer for assistance.
