HammerHead Trenchless acquires
assets of ProKASRO Services USA
HammerHead Trenchless, a division of The Toro Company, has acquired the assets of ProKASRO Services USA, the distributor of ProKASRO Mechatronik GmbH. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ProKASRO Services USA is known for its robotics, UV pipe lining solutions and lateral rehabilitation technologies.
