Toro Company to acquire Tornado Infrastructure Equipment
The Toro Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire publicly held Tornado Infrastructure Equipment. The transaction is subject to certain antitrust, approval by Toronto’s security holders, other regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions, and is currently anticipated to close during Toro’s 2026 fiscal first quarter.
