“We’ve had tires that were damaged because they took current, and the employees were safe because they were on the mat,” says Dave LaFleur, corporate health, safety and environmental director for Badger Daylighting, a North American provider of hydroexcavation services. “When hooked up properly, the employees are safe from voltage.”
