A lot of times we have great ideas but we do not act on them. What happens? The ideas never come to be.

We all have great ideas about how to succeed in this industry — how to get more customers, how to attract employees, how to stay out in front of the competition. Just remember, right now is the time to take action on them. Yesterday you cannot get back and tomorrow is not here yet.

The only competition you really have is yourself. Michael Jackson had a song called “Man in the Mirror.” The only thing potentially stopping you is the person looking back at you. Don't overthink it. Don't say, “I'll get to it later.” Get to it now. If you want to build your business, get to it now. If you want better employees, get to it now.

If you want these things, you have to become better. You get to it now.
