The four-day event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Hotel in Palm Springs, California, June 12-15.

Joseph Elias Phillips, head of sales and revenue growth for ServiceTitan, will present “Recruiting and Retaining Technicians” on Tuesday, June 14 at 1 p.m. Phillips will address recruiting and retention challenges and offer tools to help Roto-Rooter franchisees hire the best technicians and keep them engaged and motivated.

“Hiring and retaining quality technicians is a major business challenge for Roto-Rooter owners and the plumbing industry in general,” Phillips says. “During this session, I’ll share new tools, as well as some tried-and-true methods, to help franchisees find, evaluate and keep top talent.
