Mongoose Jetters offer 12 to 40 gpm at 2,000 to 4,000 psi run-dry water pumps, capable of servicing lines from 1.5 to 36 inches in diameter. All units are power-driven by a gasoline engine, with diesel engine alternatives available. Water tank capacities range from 300 to 600 gallons, including options such as a wireless remote-control system, hot-water boiler for cold-weather application, and drain kits and nozzles to meet the needs of any application.
All Mongoose Jetter equipment come standard with a number of accessories that will get you up and functioning immediately following the delivery of your machine. Other accessories include two operating nozzles for upstream and downstream cleaning, a 1/2-inch Warthog nozzle from StoneAge for removing roots and grease from sewer lines, tiger tail hose and a removable hose guide to help in winding the hose efficiently.
The onboard hot-water boiler with a rated 400,000 Btu output is an enhancement to the Mongoose Jetter’s capabilities. In certain applications, warm or hot water can increase the cleaning effectiveness of high-pressure jetting in cold-weather operations, especially when cleaning grease from pipes or clearing ice-clogged pipes. The hot-water boiler can be added to all units with 18 gpm or more, in either truck or trailer configurations.
The Trident wireless remote is a full-function wireless remote-control system that will increase the productivity and efficiency of your Mongoose Jetter. The operator working inside of a building or basement has the controls at his or her fingertips to control the jetting unit without the need for two-way radio communication with another operator outside at the unit’s control panel. The functions of the wireless remote include water on/off, throttle up/down, hose reel pay in/pay out and emergency engine stop. The remote has a built-in communication safety link, so should the hand-held lose contact with the jetting unit’s transmitter, the engine on the unit will automatically shut down. Field tests have shown the Trident remote to be reliable up to 3,500 feet while operating through physical barriers. This unit offers a waterproof, rugged enclosure, 125-hour battery life, wireless charging technology and the ability to pair multiple devices together.
