Quam Construction, based in Willmar, Minnesota, has joined LMK Technologies’ network of independent licensed contractors for the T-Liner Main-to-Lateral Connection Lining System. As part of its underground utilities division that services municipal, commercial and residential areas, Quam has announced plans to become licensed in LMK’s Performance Liner Sectional Spot Repair, cured-in-place manhole rehabilitation, and VAC-A-TEE clean-out systems.
