Wastewater and zombies. Intrigued?
Perfectly timed for the Halloween season, CarboNet recently released a fun video game on its website. You’re a treatment plant operator and you must defend your facility from zombie hordes using only a high-pressure water hose. However, while the high-pressure water rips them apart, the zombie remains foul up the water supply. Fortunately, you also have a limited supply of CarboNet flocculants to clarify the water and restore your hose to full power.
“We built this as a fun game to play and share,” says Kyle DeWeerdt, marketing director for CarboNet. “Send it to your colleagues, customers, prospects, friends, family. Anyone who might like hosing down the undead.”
I can attest it is quite enjoyable. And kind of hard. There are 10 levels of increasing difficulty. My best result was Level 8—and 179 zombie kills—before the undead masses overwhelmed me.
