Vactor controls jetright

Vactor JetRight Technology
Vactor launched its new JetRight Technology — a pressure management system that enables operators to set a target pressure the unit will not exceed regardless of throttle settings. JetRight Technology is especially handy in cases where pressure should be limited when jetting, like sewer lines in disrepair. It also helps when hydroexcavating and needing to maintain a certain pressure near a utility. Available on Vactor’s 2100i truck, JetRight Technology allows operators to pull more vacuum for demanding jobs while still maintaining consistent water pressure, protecting infrastructure and reducing the risk of hydraulic overheating from water going over reliefs. The intuitive, user-friendly controls align with Vactor’s IntuiTouch control panel that combine cleaning system functions into one control panel. The water pump is controlled hydraulically and features Vactor’s Multi-Flow System enabling adjustments of water flow and pressure on demand. 815-672-3171; www.vactor.com

Flir fixed si2a pd

Flir Si2a PD acoustic imaging camera
Flir, a Teledyne Technologies brand, launched the Flir Si2a PD, a fixed-mount acoustic imaging camera designed to deliver continuous, always-on monitoring of partial discharge in medium- to high-voltage utility and industrial environments. The Si2a PD is designed to support proactive maintenance strategies by providing uninterrupted monitoring of electrical anomalies, including partial discharge, corona, and arcing, and ensuring that no critical event goes undetected, even during peak load conditions or outside scheduled inspections. By capturing intermittent and transient events that traditional inspections often miss, the Si2a PD helps utilities detect faults earlier and take action before they lead to failures or outages. Integrated with the Flir AssetLink ecosystem, the system supports data recording, event tracking and seamless integration into digital maintenance workflows, helping teams move from periodic inspections to continuous condition monitoring. 866-477-3687; www.flir.com

Raedlinger primus line

Raedlinger Primus Line 24-inch liner
Raedlinger Primus Line is expanding its portfolio with a new liner that is NSF-61 compliant with a pressure rating of up to 150 psi, covering pipe rehabilitation for host pipe sizes ranging from 6 inches to 24 inches. Beyond potable water pipelines, the Primus Line system is also ideal for sewer force mains, raw water pipelines and other pressure pipe applications. Like all Primus Liners, this new liner system offers a design life of 50 years. It consists of three distinct layers: a seamlessly woven, Kevlar-reinforced layer to accommodate the operating pressure; a PE inner coating to seal the liner against the transported fluids; and a PE outer coating to protect the fabric reinforcement. The system connectors are based on the existing R1 connector design, forming a durable, leak-free connection between the flexible liner and the system connector. Standard connectors come with 24-inch ANSI 150-pound flanges. The system is designed, installed and operated as a loose-fit solution that can withstand the operating pressure independently of any host pipe support as referenced under ASTM F3708-25. This design does not require gluing or fixing to the host pipe, which significantly reduces construction costs and risks. 704-569-4460; www.primusline.com

Prime Resins Soakum Oakum Kits
Soakum Oakum Kits from Prime Resins have everything you need for stopping active water leaks in underground structures. Gushers, weepers and hairline leaks are no match for this kit. Crew chiefs responsible for keeping things watertight will understand the value of having a bucket in every truck. The kit includes 10-foot stand of oakum, 48 ounces of water-activated resin, eight pairs of vinyl gloves, two insertion sticks and one 2-gallon bucket with lid. No long process keeps the instructions simple. Start by soaking the desired amount of oakum in the resin, then use the insertion stick to place the material into large or small defects. Hold the material for less than 60 seconds and it will turn white, expand and shut down the leak in less than two minutes. 800-321-7212; www.primeresins.com
