ServiceTitan teams up with Cobalt Service Partners
ServiceTitan announced a strategic partnership with Cobalt Service Partners, an access solutions platform dedicated to the commercial industry and backed by Alpine Investors. In just over a year, Cobalt has rapidly grown to 12 brands, including Industrial Door Company, Homeland Safety Systems and Digi Security. Cobalt was launched by Alpine Investors in 2023 by co-CEOs Tyler Hoffman and Anthony Gonzalez. Previously, Hoffman served as CEO of Radicle Health, an Alpine software business that completed eight acquisitions during his tenure. Gonzalez served in the United States Congress from 2019 to 2023, played wide receiver in the NFL and has previously worked as COO at InformedK12, an EdTech startup, and led sales at Beneco, an Alpine portfolio company.

Aries Industries earns Top Workplaces 2025 award
Aries Industries, based in Waukesha, Wisconsin and celebrating 40 years in 2025, earned a USA Today Top Workplaces award based on polling from its workforce. Joe Johnson Equipment continues expansion
Joe Johnson Equipment has expanded its U.S. footprint. Federal Signal has named it an exclusive dealer for Vactor products in Indiana and Louisiana and exclusive dealer for Elgin products in Indiana, excluding Clark, Floyd and Harrison counties. Additionally, JJE will also provide service and parts support for other Federal Signal products including Guzzler and TRUVAC. This announcement comes just months after JJE completed a successful expansion into Virginia.
