ePIPE expands services in Florida, hires David BakerePIPE welcomed David Baker to the ePIPE family. With over 50 years’ experience in the plumbing trade in the U.S. and Europe, Baker has been involved in trenchless technology since 1995, conducting investigative services and non-destructive repairs. He is a past president of the Underground Utility and Leak Locators Association and has been a spokesperson and trainer for The Reinforced Concrete Pipe Industry (Florida).
