RIDGID Experience Winners Receive Trip to Company Headquarters

RIDGID recently welcomed winners of the fourth annual RIDGID Experience Contest to the company’s world headquarters in Elyria, Ohio. Winners of the all-expenses-paid, three-day trip enjoyed a variety of VIP professional and networking experiences, including the opportunity to build their own iconic RIDGID customized pipe wrench, a sneak peek at the latest RIDGID innovations that have yet to hit the market, and a chance to provide insight for future product development.

“There is no better way to celebrate the hard work these tradespeople give to their customers than treating them to a VIP experience,” says Becky Brotherton, director of engagement and marketing for RIDGID. “Adding to this year’s excitement was getting to interact with those just entering the field, learning how they got interested in the trades and where they plan to make their mark in the profession.”

For the first time, RIDGID Experience winners included apprentices, with Pedro Valles, a fourth-year apprentice at Apollo Mechanical Contractors in Denver participating in the trip.

“I feel privileged to meet such amazing people behind great tools. It’s an apprentice’s dream to hang with the big boys and girls. Thank you so much to the RIDGID family!” Valles says.

Details on the 2022 RIDGID Experience Contest will be announced early next year with entries first being accepted at the WWETT Show Feb. 22-24 in Indianapolis.
