The Camel combination sewer cleaner from Super Products is the most versatile jet and vacuum combo unit in the industry. The Max Series provides contractors and municipalities with maximum safety, reliability and performance. The product line comes in a variety of configurations for operator convenience, with 9- or 12-yard debris capacity, dump body or tilt ejection unloading, a wastewater recycling option and hydroexcavation package. 

Safety 

Dump body unloading uses a telescopic hydraulic cylinder to raise the body up to a 50-degree angle for quick unloading. With this option, the unit still maintains a low overhead height during normal operation and a low center of gravity for increased stability. Tilt ejection unloading, the industry’s safest dumping solution, provides fast, thorough removal of debris from the collector body and ensures all liquids are cleared quickly and efficiently, even when unloading in an up-slope/nose-down position. This not only allows for safe removal of debris, but also provides easier tank washdowns and cleanups.

Backup cameras and alarms are also built into all units to notify the entire crew that the unit is moving. Additional safety solutions include tailgate props and visual and audio alarms, such as when the boom or the body is still up.

Reliability 

The Max Series comes standard with a variety of features to increase efficiency on the job site. The front-mounted hose reel is highly accommodating with 1,000 feet of 1-inch-diameter sewer hose, 270-degree rotation and a digital monitor. The monitor displays a hose footage count, offers 20 saved settings for hose reel payout, has the ability to run the water pump with or without the vacuum, and is designed with LED panel lights to enable readability in a variety of environments. 

Units also come with a wireless remote control that operates a variety of functions, allowing the operator to be right at the operation site, not toward the front of the truck. 

Performance 

Super Products’ wastewater recycling system enables operators to clean sewers without the use of freshwater. This feature allows an operator to clean nearly 3,000 feet of sewer pipe per day, saving 60,000 gallons of water per week. This increases onsite performance while saving time and promoting sustainability. 

By adding the excavation package, operators can jet, vacuum and excavate all day long without overheating. This allows operators to turn their Camel into a three-in-one mobile unit with the ability to clean sewer lines or vacuum industrial waste in the morning and unearth utility lines in the afternoon.
