The HydroCut 60 Compact from IBG HydroTech GmbH is a milling robot equipped with a control unit and an integrated hose reel. It comes standard with 98 feet of hose and can be fitted with more if required. It uses hydraulic bracing to keep it stabilized inside the pipe and allow for working in vertical downpipes. It has a high-resolution CCD camera and LED lighting. A recording device can also be added, allowing the operator to record to an SD card. The cutting head is water driven. The turbine requires 4 to 5 gpm at 3,000 psi. Its recirculation circuit helps save 97 percent of the water used. The system can be hooked up to a small pressure washer, a jetter, or a combination machine, as long as the unit can provide the correct pressure and flow.
