In this video from the 2022 WWETT Show, John Bartucciotto of EPL Solutions discusses the benefits of the MadDog jetter nozzle, which the company developed alongside Enz.

Bartucciotto says the aim was to create something for smaller jetters that could produce the power and performance of a larger machine. EPL Solutions started with Enz’s Bulldog nozzle and made some modifications, resulting in the MadDog.

“Because it’s pissed off, it’s angry,” Bartucciotto says. “It’s got a big bark and a big bite.”

The MadDog has a hardened steel body and oil-free design, spinning at 1,200 rpm and capable of 5.5 gpm at 3,500 psi to 18 gpm at 4,000 psi. In the video, Bartucciotto demonstrates the nozzle’s cutting power on a piece of wood.
