The annual Water & Wastewater Equipment, Treatment & Transport (WWETT) Show in Indianapolis attracts 13,500 tradespeople, company owners and equipment representatives from 55 countries. In 2025, Jasen Hamilton was among them. It was the RoyalTee Plumbing co-owner’s second time attending the show. But the first as far as gaining real benefit from the show.

In 2024, when Hamilton accompanied a plumbing colleague to Indianapolis for his first WWETT Show, he says he found the event overwhelming. It was more than he had expected. So, when he returned in 2025, he was better prepared to benefit from it.

“I really took advantage of the classes,” he says. “One class that really hit home was how to use all the AI stuff that is out there. A small-business owner like me can use the AI function to even build the smallest thing. You ask a simple question and there is so much information given to you.”

He says he learned that sharply defining the parameters of a question and asking it properly makes all the difference.

He took back to Kansas City more than abstract ideas and guidelines, though. Having decided to incorporate pipe lining and repair into RoyalTee’s service offerings, Hamilton used the WWETT Show to weigh all the available options. He opted for the NuFlow CIPP system, and NuFlow had a full complement of representatives at the show to help Hamilton get started.

A pleasure aspect also accompanied the business.

“We used it for a little bit of a getaway, quite honestly,” Hamilton says. “But there is so much information available to me there. Just talking with plumbers from all over the world was really cool.”
