The event is scheduled to take place March 23-25, at the Omni Hotel in Oklahoma City. Catalyst is an annual conference for service and repair contractors, and focuses on strengthening leadership, business performance, and industry connections.

Attendees can expect a dynamic program designed to drive both personal growth and business success:

  • Hands-on workshops and expert sessions — Sessions focused on accountability, prioritization, time management, and effective business strategies to drive measurable results.
  • Networking and peer engagement — Interactive live sessions, peer group roundtable discussions, and informal meetups to build relationships across the industry.
  • Social and community experiences — Shared meals and social events including an evening at the Cowboy Museum and gatherings at local favorites like Cattlemen’s Steakhouse to blend professional enrichment with community building.
  • Inspiring keynote — Coach Matthew Smiley, former special teams coordinator for the Buffalo Bills, will deliver a keynote address designed to equip attendees with new leadership perspectives, as well as the motivation necessary to face future challenges.
