Chad Williams, a former Navy SEAL, will be the keynote speaker for 2023. Williams is the bestselling author of SEAL of God, the story of his journey through naval ops training, deployments in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and eventually the streets of Iraq.

A frequent guest on Fox News, CNN Newsroom and more, Williams draws from his experience in the military to provide a perspective on leadership, resilience, teamwork and overcoming adversity that can apply to all facets of life and business.

A member of SEAL teams 1 and 7, Williams has proudly served the U.S. on multiple deployments spanning five years after completing rigorous training and mastering the skills only a handful of our nation's best warriors can claim to possess. A Navy SEAL’s motto is “earn your Trident every day.” While the Trident is a symbol of SEAL training completion, it also reminds SEALs of the motto’s message that hard work never stops.

Now, an experienced keynote speaker, Williams shares how he embraced the SEALs motto and is sure to grab your attention through his stories of success on the battlefield as well as the grueling physical and mental challenges he faced before, during and after becoming a SEAL.

“We’re excited for our tight-knit WWETT community to hear from Chad Williams in this free keynote presentation,” says Marc Acampora, WWETT vice president. “His inspiring story of grit and resilience is one that’s sure to inspire this hardworking industry. We can’t think of a better way to kick off the educational experience in Indy.”

Join us Tuesday, Feb. 21, from 8-9 a.m. to discover what real grit looks like as Williams talks you through his time spent serving our country. From the deep-rooted motivation he found in his days of training, to his intense final victory over enemy forces, Williams will share engaging lessons of leadership, integrity and mental toughness.

Williams will be leading off a day of nonstop educational sessions. Visit the WWETT Session Gallery to view the whole week's session schedule and use the My WWETT Planner to start planning your week at WWETT.
