Vactor launches virtual tours
Vactor, a subsidiary of Federal Signal Corp., announced the launch of contactless, virtual tours that offer customers a detailed and photorealistic viewing of equipment. The tours are now available for many of the company’s models, including the Vactor 2100i PD and the Vactor 2100i Fan, and are accessible through Vactor authorized dealers. The guided 3D tours leverage state-of-the-art software to develop high-quality and realistic digital models, allowing visitors to walk around the equipment and learn more about cutting-edge technology and features.

ITpipes welcomes new business development manager
Mark Grabowski has joined ITpipes as business development manager. In his position, Grabowski will oversee enhancing the customer experience, improving relationship marketing, and managing the overall brand and marketing activities for the firm’s inspection software platform.

Ashland Pump announces name change, acquisition
Ashland Pump acquired Water Source, a supplier of accessories and pumps for the sump, sewage and water systems markets. The Water Source team, currently located in Norwalk, Ohio, will be relocating to the Ashland, Ohio, facilities. Key staff will remain with the company. In addition to the acquisition, Ashland Pump also changed its corporate name to Ashland Water Group, effective Jan. 1, 2021.

Grand opening of Renegade Equipment, Sales and Consulting
Mike Grieco announced the opening of his new business, Renegade Equipment, Sales and Consulting, based in Longmont, Colorado. The company is a specialized construction equipment, sales and rental-based company committed to servicing the needs of buyers and sellers throughout the process of acquiring or selling specialized equipment.

Wastequip acquires ContainerPros
Wastequip has acquired Carlsbad, California-based professional waste services company, ContainerPros.

This acquisition enhances the existing cart assembly and delivery service offering provided by Wastequip’s Toter brand by adding a team with over 20 years of experience in providing cart assembly, delivery and maintenance services for waste haulers and municipalities. Additionally, the acquisition lays the groundwork for Wastequip to include the repair and refurbishment of steel containers as part of its service offering. ContainerPros’ founding partners, Mark Merhab and Gary Lima, will remain with the company.

Super Products president announces retirement
After 13 years leading and growing Super Products, Mike Vanden Heuvel announced his retirement effective Dec. 31, 2020. As his successor, Super Products’ Vice President of Rentals Randy Buening was promoted to president of Super Products, effective Jan. 1. Vanden Heuvel joined the company in 2007 as the VP of industrial sales and took over as president at the end of 2008. During his tenure he added several rental facilities and maintained steady growth. Under Vanden Heuvel’s supervision, Super Products built and moved into its new headquarters in Mukwonago, Wisconsin, in January 2020. The new building allowed the organization to consolidate three separate operating facilities in southeast Wisconsin into one, where it now produces its full product line.
