The parent company of Guzzler Mfg. and Vactor Mfg., Federal Signal Corp., announced several leadership changes that will be going into effect on Jan. 1.The Illinois-based company says Dennis J. Martin will transition from president and CEO to executive chairman and Jennifer L.
