Paramount Pipe Lining Products continues to innovate with the introduction of the Green Machine inversion equipment. A safe and efficient air inversion system, the Green Machine is produced in three sizes to accommodate all installation types.
Efficiency is provided by Auto-Lubricating and Stream Ring technology, allowing technicians a safe loading and curing operation. The Auto-Lubricating technology eliminates the need to manually lubricate the CIPP liner and/or calibration tube during the loading process. It is a pressurized system designed to lubricate the CIPP liner and calibration tube during the inversion process.
Steam Ring technology is integrated into the Green Machine, providing the ability to direct steam into the CIPP liner or calibration tube without losing pressure or detaching components. The technology is safe and eliminates possible failure during installations.
Resin technology
Paramount offers formulations for epoxies that include 2-1, 3-1 and 4-1 ratios, as well as high-temperature-resistant epoxy resins. The formulations offer a range of hardeners that provide fast, medium or slow curing times, depending on the constraints and requirements of a project. No other supplier in North America provides such a comprehensive CIPP resin inventory for applicators to purchase.
CIPP liner
The liner range has solutions for vertical, horizontal, vent stacks, and drainage pipes inside and outside building structures, as well as city collections systems. Paramount’s scrim-reinforced liner provides an advantage to eliminate stretch. The flexible liner offerings negotiate bends and adapt to changes in dimensions with limited or no wrinkling. The liners are available in inversion and pull in place.
Installation equipment
Specially designed for portability and accessibility, the installation equipment offers lightweight and compact systems for pipeline rehabilitation so everything you need can be quickly and easily transported, taking you from one job to the next with efficiency and ease. SIPP (spray-in-place pipe)
Paramount’s SprayCoating equipment introduces a dynamic alternative for the coatings industry. The technology provides a damp-proof, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and noncorrosive semistructural coating.
The Midi SprayCoater is the industry’s first brush- and spray-enabled coating system. Paramount has developed a series of high-build multicolored epoxies, fast-curing polyureas and iFill chemical grouts. All chemicals can be applied using ParaPack cartridges and the SprayCoating Machine.
Paramount’s Midi SprayCoater is truly a versatile piece of equipment for internal pipe repair. The system eliminates epoxy waste by utilizing dual hose delivery combined with static tip mixing technology. The range of pipes renovation is 1 1/2 to 6 inches, in lengths up to 65 feet.
Training/support
The training program developed by Paramount focuses on the installation of many types of CIPP liners and SIPP resins, and it has been a major success in North America.
