The Zistos Pipe & Vault inspection system is designed to perform safe inspections from street level of underground vaults, pipes and manholes for maintenance conditions, cracks and corrosion without the need for confined-space entry. The battery-powered display and submersible video pole camera system allow the operator to visually assess areas for problems. The system uses a built-in 432-1 zoom camera with LED illumination, which connects to an articulating/telescoping pole that can pivot 180 degrees in either direction. Images are viewed on a 5.6-inch LCD display with a built-in DVR recorder. It can record live video or still images to an SD card, enabling maintenance and repair operations to be documented.
