Mr. Rooter expands operations and franchise development teams

New hires and promotion will strengthn support for existing and new franchisees

 Mr. Rooter Corporation has added Keegan Rogers and Dianna Worthington to its operations team and has also promoted of Sam Thurman and added Clint Smith to its franchise development team.

As the new technical support specialist, Rogers is the primary support contact for Mr. Rooter franchisees who use the company’s computer software program. He will also develop training and implement enhancements to the software.

Worthington will also use her background – flipping houses and education – in her new role of franchise systems specialist. A former real estate agent, she has renovated homes for 22 years. Her responsibilities include helping new franchisees get started using the Sure Start System. Worthington will also coordinate the company’s training programs.  

Thurman has worked for the Mr. Rooter parent company, The Dwyer Group, for 10 years. Before taking the job as franchise development leader and resell developer, he worked in the franchise development departments for Mr. Appliance, Glass Doctor, Mr. Electric, and Aire Serv. 

His main responsibility will be to oversee the Mr. Rooter franchise development team, which includes Smith, a former professional baseball player. Smith’s main role is to award Mr. Rooter franchises across North America to new franchise owners.
