Sewer Equipment Co. of America, manufacturer of sewer cleaning equipment and supplies, announced the relocation of its manufacturing facility. The company has moved from a 30,000-square-foot facility in Chadwick, Ill, to a 120,000-square-foot facility 30 miles away in Dixon, Ill.Growth of the company’s RamVac and Mongoose Jetters product lines prompted the relocation. The 71-year-old business has 38 dealers nationwide that provide sales and local product service support.Dan O’Brien, third generation owner of Sewer Equipment Co. of America, led the relocation initiative. “The new facility will allow for improvements in safety and productivity,” he says. “It offers more floor space, 12
