American Water acquired Keystone Clearwater Solutions of Hershey, Pennsylvania, from Rex Energy Corp. for $130 million. Keystone provides water-related services to the oil and gas industry, primarily in the Appalachian region of Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
