More productivity and operator protection than manual tube bundle cleaning
The latest ATL (automated tube lancer) from NLB allows an operator to clean one or two tubes at once at pressures up to 40,000 psi. It has a simple, rugged design and numerous features to enhance reliability and durability.
NLB’s ATL system inserts rigid lances into tubes to blast out hardened deposits, controlled by an operator at a modular control stand. A rotary option, at up to 3,000 rpm, is available to clean and polish. The rigid, lightweight track can be adapted to custom lengths.
