Since upgrading to the new ROVVER X SAT II lateral launch crawler, Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority (PWSA) has been able to work faster while gaining more insight into its sewer infrastructure.

The redesigned and versatile lateral launch crawler can climb inclines with ease, navigate through junctions and identify problem spots in laterals faster than before. “The biggest differences we’ve noticed with this system are the improved climbing capability and push power,” says Jason Auge, CCTV specialist and 13-year-veteran of PWSA. “With eight-wheel drive instead of six and the new belt drive, it’s made a big difference.”

Learn more about how PWSA quickly elevated its performance and capability with the ROVVER X SAT II lateral launch crawler.
