HotJet USA cold-water 1840 jetter units can be mounted on a trailer or customized for skid, truck or van mounting. These high-volume flusher units are very effective at clearing out big lines and flushing away debris when cleaning and removing grease buildup is not the objective.

Manufactured in the U.S. at its Salt Lake City manufacturing facility, HotJet USA 1840 jetters are custom engineered to client specifications. They may be gas or diesel powered and they feature 330-gallon water tanks with an upgrade option for 600 gallons. These workhorses come standard with 300 feet of 3/8-inch jetting hose and 500 feet of 1/2-inch hose with full hydraulic run hose reel. 

When mounted on a trailer, the 1840 trailer jetters are built on a 5 feet by 16 feet super heavy-duty, 10,000-pound-rated (5,000 pounds per axle) tandem-axle trailer that features leaf spring axles, is cushioned and distributes the weight for easy towing. 

The gas-powered 1840 jetter (XtremeFlow III) offers two 35 hp Vanguard (by Toyota) engines, with 14-gallon fuel tanks and dual premium triplex pumps. Six nozzles plus a set of power washing nozzles come standard on the XtremeFlow III, making it a complete setup, turnkey system.

For diesel-powered 1840 units, the XtremeFlow Mega D series by HotJet USA features a 49-66 hp Kubota Turbo diesel engine with18 gpm at 4,000 psi premium triple v-belt driven pump.
