Registration is officially open for the 2019 International Construction and Utility Equipment Exposition, also known as The Demo Expo, set for Oct. 1-3 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

There are new registration options, aiming to make it easier than ever to attend and take advantage of ICUEE’s exhibits of the latest utility and construction product innovations. Attendees will also find new education opportunities and the show’s signature equipment test drives and product demos. Plus networking opportunities.

“ICUEE attracts tens of thousands of industry professionals from around the world, giving you and your team an unparalleled opportunity to discuss industry developments, business solutions and possibilities for growth,” says John Rozum, ICUEE show director.

He recommends these four steps to start getting prepared for attending ICUEE.

  • Register early for the best rate and to avoid the lines on site. A new “deluxe” badge option includes access to select show education in addition to show admission. Register now through Aug. 23 for best savings on both general and deluxe badges.
  • Book your hotel and travel now for best selection. Visit the show website for a variety of housing options, and check out the airline discounts being offered to ICUEE 2019 visitors. ICUEE offers complimentary hotel shuttle service between the show site and select official ICUEE 2019 hotels.
  • Sign up for show education to guarantee your spot. Education sessions include expanded Field Classrooms on the show floor and a new Disaster Simulation Lab focused on crisis responses and led by Desi Matel-Anderson, the first and former FEMA chief innovation advisor. New “Eat and Learn” breakfast and lunch workshops will cover industry hot topics.
  • Make a plan using the show’s online planner and mobile app to check out who and what you want to see on site. Pre-show, check out the show’s online searchable Exhibitor Directory and use the My ShowPlanner feature for exhibitor meetings, demos, education sessions and networking events.

Be on the lookout this summer for the show’s mobile app, which will sync to your show planner and include show maps and real-time show notifications.

Networking events include the return of the popular Bourbon, Beer & Bites reception at the close of the show on Thursday, and a special concert downtown at Fourth Street Live! Wednesday evening for all ICUEE attendees.

Specialized exhibit pavilions will feature fleet management and safety, plus a new Emerging Technologies Pavilion. The Emerging Technologies Pavilion responds to attendee and exhibitor requests to bring together state-of-the art products and services that provide business-solution services, management tools, software, and related products and services.
