InfoSense recognized for rapid growth
InfoSense, makers of the Sewer Line — Rapid Assessment Tool (or SL-RAT), was recognized by the Charlotte Business Journal as the No. 1 fastest-growing company at the publication’s annual Fast 50 Awards ceremony in December. The event ranks the top 50 firms in the city based on their annual revenue growth percentages over the last three years. InfoSense has seen revenue grow 464.9 percent each year, on average, during that period.

TRIC Tools hosts Israeli trenchless technology firm
TRIC Tools hosted Meiri Technologies, a trenchless technology company in Tel Aviv, Israel, on Oct. 12 - 13. Meiri was one of the first companies in the Middle East to license Insituform’s CIPP technology for trenchless repair of pipelines.

Aclara completes acquisition of GE’s electricity meters business
Aclara completed the acquisition of GE Energy Management’s Grid Solutions subdivision Dec. 21. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition includes GE Meters’ global headquarters in Somersworth, New Hampshire, as well as facilities in Chicago and Bilbao, Spain. It also includes more than 300 employees in these locations as well as other employees located in North and South America, Asia and the United Kingdom. As part of the transaction, Aclara also acquired an intellectual property portfolio of active patents and patent applications.

Envirosight appoints sales partner for Pacific Northwest
Envirosight named True North Environmental Equipment as its exclusive sales partner for Envirosight equipment in Oregon, Washington, and Alaska effective Dec. 7. The partnership gives True North exclusive rights to sell Envirosight’s sewer inspection technology throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Armstrong Equipment formed a partnership with Greenleaf Inc. that includes Greenleaf’s exclusive line of GatorLock cam-lever hose couplings.
