Inspection + Get AlertsThe Perma-Liner Pull-In-Place pipe lining system is 100 percent trenchless. Digging up floors and landscaping and tearing up walls are things of the past. You can complete a project in less than one day, versus several weeks with the dig-and-replace method.
This versatile system is made for lining 22- and 45-degree bends and sweeping 90-degree bends. You can even reline vertical stacks with ease with the ability to start and stop anywhere in the line.
Once pipelines are cleaned and free of debris, a closed circuit camera inspects the lateral, then measurements are taken. The liner made of epoxy resin is then pulled into place in the pipe. Using a rubber bladder and calibration tube, the liner is pressed against the existing host, allowing the resin to bond and seal to the pipe.
The Perma-Liner Pull-In-Place system relines virtually any pipe material including clay, cast iron and PVC.
The system is available with two liners: Navi-Liner is a non-woven needle-punched, felt, PU-coated liner and Rigi-Liner is a non-woven needle-punched, 2 mm felt, extruded PVC/TPU blend, stitched- and tape-seamed liner.
Using a two-part 100 percent solids epoxy, ambient cure time is three hours. The Perma-Liner Pull-In-Place system is ICC approved, and it nearly doubles the ASTM F1216 specification on a minimum design life of 50 years.
