The Perma-Lateral Lining System is the No. 1 selling small-diameter pipe lining system in North America. Projects can be completed in less than one day. The line is cleaned and inspected, and then the lateral is measured for length. The Perma-Lateral System tubular liner is PVC-coated polyester needle-punched felt reinforced with a patented polyester scrim.

The liner is measured and cut on site. The two-part 100 percent solids epoxy resin is then measured and mixed. The tubular liner is impregnated with the resin and loaded into a Perma-Lateral inversion unit. The impregnated tube is inverted inside out allowing the resin to bond and seal with the existing host. The PVC coating becomes the new joint less inner wall from beginning to end.

The flexible PVC coating allows the liner to be inverted through 22- and 45-degree bends and sweeping 90-degree bends using air inversion.

The Perma-Lateral Lining System repairs cracked or broken pipes without extensive excavation, and eliminates roots and infiltration and bridges missing pipe sections. The system can reline virtually any pipe material, including clay, cast iron and PVC with 2- to 8-inch-diameter liners.

The Perma-Lateral inversion unit does all the work. Using a pivoting inverter, the installer can install unlimited angles for optimal inversion head placement. The installer calibrates the correct inversion pressure while the liner inverts itself through the pipe, controlling the speed to ensure proper installation. Once the liner is inverted and holding pressure, the installer attaches a special cap to hold pressure during curing time. Perma-Lateral can cure ambient or with heat. Using steam cure the system can cure in less than an hour, no rush or downtime, which increases productivity. The user-friendly system can be used year-round. The cost-effective system can help you complete jobs in less than one day.

The Perma-Lateral Lining System is IAPMO, ICC and UPC approved and NSF Standard 14 certified. Rehabbed pipes have a 50-year minimum design life per ASTM F1216 specifications.

The Perma-Lateral Lining System is an alternative to digging and replacing sewer branch lines from residential and commercial properties. No other system can match the ease of installation and quality materials.
