The Pipe Tech USA internal pipe coating process uses the Pipe Coater, a trenchless technology machine that cleans and coats the pipe internally by entering through a clean-out. It is able to slide through the pipe, maneuver around 90-degree turns and through offsets. After everything has been inspected and cleaned, the interior of the pipe is sprayed (up to 250 feet per entrance) with 100 percent polyurea. The system will coat from 100 to 300 mils in one pass and is NSF-61 approved for potable water. It has a high chemical resistance and is abrasive resistant.
