The BRAWOLINER liner is the latest addition to HammerHead’s suite of trenchless lateral rehabilitation solutions. As the only seam-free liner on the market, the BRAWOLINER textile liner is constructed with a special loop design providing extreme flexibility.

It can adjust to bends of up to 90 degrees and to single changes in pipe dimensions without creating any wrinkles or folds. The new liner available from HammerHead is ideally suited for the renovation of pipes found within laterals, private households and commercial facilities.

Offered for pipe sizes of 2 to 10 inches in diameter, BRAWOLINER’s liner can be used to restore most defective pipe. The liner consists of a lengthwise and transversal elastic polyethylene terephthalate textile tube coated with polyurethane foil, both of which are seamless. Wall thickness uncured is 0.16 inch, and nominal wall thickness impregnated and cured is 0.12 inch. With an inversion pressure as low as 3 psi, the liner does not cause further stress on the pipes.

“HammerHead is very excited to become a distributor of BRAWOLINER lining materials for North America,” said Ryan Bolden, HammerHead Lateral Systems product manager. “As a leading global supplier for innovative sewer restoration solutions, BRAWOLINER’s quality and dedication to its products aligns well with HammerHead’s own commitment to being a trusted partner in trenchless rehabilitation and replacement.”
