Bower Joins Raven Lining as Regional Sales Manager

Rick Bower is the new regional sales manager for Raven Lining Systems. He will provide sales, service and support for certified applicators applying Raven Systems within municipal and wastewater systems in the Central United States. A native of Texas, Bower received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M and his MBA from Sam Houston University.

Rothenberg Named VP of Sales for PrimeLine Products

Andy Rothenberg has joined PrimeLine Products Inc. as vice president of sales and marketing. He has more than 10 years of marketing experience and will be responsible for sales and marketing in the Southeast Region of the United States.

BOC Edwards Acquired by CCMP, Renamed Edwards

CCMP Capital has acquired BOC Edwards from The Linde Group, owner of the BOC Group since 2006. Renamed Edwards, the new, independent, privately-owned global technology company has more than 4,000 employees. A supplier of integrated solutions for the manufacture of microelectronics devices and a leader in vacuum technology, Edwards was founded in 1919 by F.D. Edwards, becoming BOC Edwards in 1997 after its acquisition by the BOC Group in 1968.

Prime Resins Celebrates 25 Years of Manufacturing

Prime Resins Inc. celebrated 25 years of manufacturing infrastructure repair products in June. Founded in 1982 by David Barton as a way to supply his specialty contracting company, Barton Southern Co., with then-difficult-to-find specialized epoxies, the company grew to add a line of polyurethane chemical products in 1990. In 2004, the company moved to its current 48,000-square-foot facility in Conyers, Ga., serving customers throughout the United States, Australia, Canada, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Brazil and Mexico.

Mr. Rooter Honors Franchise Owners

Mr. Rooter Corp. has named Derek Moreland and Mike Kolakovic, owners of Mr. Rooter of the Greater Toronto Area, as the company’s franchisee and co-sales leader of the year. Paul and Saunda Kitchen also were named sales leaders and were honored for excellence in leadership, Janice VanDierman was named Woman of the Year, Boo and Carolyn White were honored for Excellence in Mentoring, Brent and Mary Avis Way was named Rookie of the Year, Joe Phillips was named Service Leader of the Year, Melvin Thomas was named Technician of the Year and Susan Baldwin was named Office Professional of the Year.

Federal Signal Renames Retail Locations FS Solutions

Federal Signal has renamed its retail outlets, including its Toledo rental outlet, FS Solutions. The company’s centers in Birmingham, Ala., Streator, Ill., and Houston refurbish and sell used Guzzler vacuum loaders, Vactor sewer cleaners and Jetstream waterblasters, while the Toledo center focuses on the rental of Jetstream waterblasters.
