Earth Tool Names CEO, Officers
Earth Tool Company LLC, manufacturer of HammerHead Mole trenchless products, has promoted Payce Reynolds to chief executive officer. It also has named Jarrett Cowden senior vice president of sales and marketing and Brian Metcalf vice president of international sales and business development. Steve Sander has been appointed regional sales manager for the company’s northwest territory, Alan Goodman has been promoted to western business manager, and Will LeBlance returns to the company as south central territory manager. Reynolds formerly headed the horizontal directional drilling division of HammerHead, while Cowden and Metcalf had worked for Vermeer Manufacturing Co. Jeff Wage also joins Vermeer as branch manager.
Federal Signal Names Han VP of Marketing
Federal Signal Environmental Solutions Group has named James Han vice president of global marketing. He will be responsible for overseeing product management, brand management, marketing communications and promotional events. He brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to his position.

Envirosight Opens Pittsburgh Training Facility
The 1,500-square-foot annex to Envirosight’s Delmont, Pa., inspection vehicle assembly and service center is now open. The new annex consists of a training center, administrative offices and hospitality lounge.
