The pneumatically controlled wet-out table from HammerHead Trenchless Equipment features a powered conveyor system, enabling rollers to be raised or lowered to a preset gap. Variable-speed controls and forward and reverse operations provide ease of installation. The table (30 inches wide, 43 inches high and 57 inches long) is designed for 2- to 12-inch diameter liners. A roller bed attachment is available.

“One of the most unique features is the pneumatically controlled calibration systems,” says Ryan Boldan, lateral product manager for HammerHead Trenchless Equipment. “Basically, the rollers are raised or lowered to a preset gap gauge, which makes for faster operation when you’re putting the liner in to wet out or raising or lowering it to the right height.”

Adjustments are made with the touch of a switch that raises or lowers rollers, providing greater gap accuracy and less chance of human error than hand cranking.

“As a CIPP contractor it increases your productivity,” Boldan says. “You get better wet-outs. Your wet-out product is going to be the highest quality as far as resin impregnation and consistency in the liner.”

Other features include adjustable downward pressure, lockable wheels and gap gauge replacement set (6, 8, 10 mm). 800/331-6653; www.hammerheadtrenchless.com.
